Welcome to Sunset Condo a newly renovated short & long term vacation rental located in West Ocean City, Maryland.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed with foam mattress and the spare room has 2 twin foam mattresses. On the first floor you will find a 1/2 bath, kitchen with new appliances, dining area and a comfortable couch and recliners for relaxing.
There is brand new LVP flooring throughout the entire property. The condo also offers a new full-size washer and dryer, grill, screened in porch, AC, and ceiling fans and TVs in each bedroom. Additional accommodations include free Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. The complex has a gated community pool which is a short walk around the interior path.

The condo is located in West Ocean City, MD in a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle but conveniently close to beaches, shopping and restaurants and is approximately 2.2 miles from the boardwalk
